The World Federation of Miniaturists has become a viable organisation of artists from around the globe. Since its Inauguration and first World Exhibition in London in 1995 it has held a second World Exhibition in Hobart, hosted by the Australian Society of Miniature Artists - Tasmania. The third World exhibition, the largest exhibition of contemporary miniature art ever held, took place in the International Gallery of the S. Dillon Ripley Center in Washington DC, between 19th June and 12th July 2004. More than 10,000 people visited this exhibition which was the most successful we have yet held. These exhibitions, held in conjunction with world seminars, provide information, energy and enthusiasm as they are attended by many of the best exponents of the art. The World Federation is a magnet for serious collectors and buyers as well, bonding all nations in their appreciation of fine art.
